I have generally loved Tractor Supply - I am now astonished and disappointed at the “online ordering.” It is very important to understand that the company does NOT have an e-commerce or online ordering platform. You are not ordering regularly stocked items from a main distribution and having them delivered. You are ordering floor models from the nearest store. Our jaw dropped after we ordered from the website. We were prompted to consider the website by a woman in the store. We had loved a set of furniture and she said that while they didn’t have all the pieces in store we could order online. We did. What followed feels like a comedy of errors. It’s doesn’t need every single detail but to summarize: The items we ordered off the website were placed in one order, but apparently were routed to multiple stores, even though we repeatedly told the website our home store was Ithaca. Managers from other stores were calling us to tell us that the items were out of stock and did we want to drive two hours to pick up part of the order instead? Then when we picked up in store items for part of the order they were the dented and poorly out together items that had been on display for months i

Stopped into TSC in Bath to buy some ratchets. Rion took a ton of time to help me select and assemble the right ones for me. Great service! Thank you!!

I was looking for deer corn but could find it. I stopped an associate and asked her She took me right up where it was and even loaded it on my cart. I went to the register, cashier was extremely pleasant and courteous. I asked for help to my truck and he was right there to help me. Highly recommend.
